Special Conditions

  • Check in time After 15.00. Check out time: Before 11.00. Checkout before 08:00 has an extra cost of 10 euro. Early check in might be possible. Please request. Late check out might be possible. Please request.
  • Where to pickup keys: The property manager will meet you at the apartment. Cleaning included: Final cleaning is included. You are just expected to leave the apartment tidy with no left over dishes or garbage. Taxes are included in the price. In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
  • Payment of the rent amount: 50% maximum 7 days after the booking date. Advanced payment method: PayPal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, Postal Order. Payment method on arrival : Cash, Credit Card, PayPal. Deposit : On the arrival at the apartment 50 euro. Payment method: Cash, Credit Card Deposit.
  • Not accepted: Pets. Parties. Only adults over 18 years or children accompanied.
  • We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments. Prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show.
  • For low season (Sepember, October, November, December, January, February, March, April) If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. For May, June, July, August and Christmas, New Year and Easter there is a special cancellation policy. If cancelled or modified up to 25 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.
